Main target groups and objectives

The main target groups are the some 550,000 young people (aged 10 – 20 years) and around 80,000 leaders who pursue sport in Switzerland and are registered with Youth and Sport (Y+S). They can be addressed directly through organised sport’s own channels (Y+S, federations and clubs of Swiss Olympic) and persuaded to get involved with «cool and clean». More than 60 per cent of the 860,000 young people in Switzerland can be reached through organised sport.
